Terms & Conditions
PRICING: Please note that all pricing is based on the total property square footage except measurement only services.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 24 hours notice for cancellation.
COMPLIANCE: Precision Media and Marketing complies with RECA’s RMS guidelines.
INSURANCE/BOND: Our company has a $2M errors & omissions insurance policy. All of our field technicians are bond-able.
PAYMENT: Payment is required prior to the release of files. Reports will be ready within 24 hours after the scheduled appointments. An invoice will be sent via Freshbooks and we accept VISA / MASTERCARD / DISCOVER / American Express and Email Money transfer. If you haven’t received an invoice within 24 hours, please check your junk or spam folder
PETS: During the appointment, our service technicians require access to the entire perimeter of the residence as well as access to the home for interior measurements. Please ensure pets are either removed from premise or kept in crates or carriers.
RESCHEDULING: Technicians may reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, mechanical or technical issues.
REVIEW RMS PROCESS: Precision Media and Marketing will perform a standardized quality control review. RECA allows a plus or minus variance of 2%. If there is a concern regarding the measurement results, we will remeasure the property. A surcharge of $55 will apply if the original measurement is found to be correct. We are not happy until you are happy.
TRAVEL MILEAGE: Travel mileage is charged for appointments outside of city limits, excluding Airdrie, Cochrane, Chestermere and Okotoks. Please see “Service Area” tab, for areas outside the blue circle, call for a quote.
