Measurement is an exacting business and requires a specific mindset. As part of our hiring process, we look for individuals with a strong sense of spatial awareness. We measure according to the RECA Residential Measurement Standards (RMS) and we meet regularly as a team to discuss processes and share ideas to continually improve our methods when in the field. We also listen to our clients recommendations and incorporate their suggestions into our working methodology when we feel it will improve the level of service that we provide.
